At Mansion House Relocations we have proven strategies to regularly find below-market value and R2R deals that meet the needs of our investors. 
Our sourcing agents source property deals at genuine 10%-25% Return on Investment, with healthy cash flows, and strong yields. Whether you require a rental property for immediate income, a property to refurbish and sell for a profit, or a long-term capital investment property for your retirement, there’s no need to worry about estate agents, solicitors, negotiations, or endless surveys with our hassle-free service.

Before we source a property for you, a member of our team will have a one-to-one consultation with you at no cost. This can take place either over the phone, via Zoom, or in person, so we can understand your requirements fully and inform you of our process.

If, after our consultation, you wish to proceed, we will ask you to sign our sourcing agreement and then pay a non-refundable registration fee of £97. Once we have successfully found a deal that you are happy with and you wish to proceed, we will require you to pay our sourcing fee. We charge a minimum sourcing fee of £3,000 for R2R deals and £6,000 for all other property deals.

If you’re interested in joining our investor database, the process is pretty easy and straightforward. We can send you the latest property opportunities straight to your inbox. Once the ideal property has been found we undertake detailed price comparison research using Land Registry data and on-market comparables to establish what we believe to be fair market value.  We will then agree on a negotiation strategy with you and work to secure the most favorable terms with the selling agent.
